We make this with rotating types of chilies from farms and wholesale sources, including Thai, Cayenne, Fresno, Aji Marchant, and other hot chilies. This varies with the seasons and depends on what we can get and when!

We are a small operation and generally only ship once weekly. Occasionally if we need to make a new batch, it might take longer. If you are in a rush, email us to let us know, and we will do our best to get it out quickly. We will ship within 2 weeks of production and will notify you when it ships.
