We make this with rotating types of chilies from farms and wholesale sources, including:

Birds Eye, Thai, Cayenne, Fresno, Aji Marchant, and other hot chilies. This varies with the seasons and depends on what we can get and when!

We are a small operation and generally only ship once weekly. Occasionally if we need to make a new batch, it might take longer. If you are in a rush, email us to let us know, and we will do our best to get it out quickly. We will ship within 2 weeks of production and will notify you when it ships.
